I can't tell you how much it means to me to see strong women in bright coats at the inauguration today.
But I will try.
It says life. It says power. It says shine. It says courage. It says beauty is strength. It says feminine. It says vibrancy.
It reminds me of crayons which make me think of playful creativity and bold color and scribbling so hard to express my passion I break the crayons... and then keep coloring.
It sends air deep into my lungs and reveals how shallow I have been breathing.
Michelle Obama, you took the cake. Thank you for not shying away from your stature or flair.
My spirit is affirmed.
